Grave’s Orbitopathy Graves’ disease occurs as a result of an overactive thyroid gland. Patients’ often suffer from swelling in the orbit which causes bulging of the eyes, pain with eye movement, double vision, and dryness. In collaboration with opthalmology colleagues, minimally invasive endoscopic approaches can remove the sidewalls between the nose and the eye in order to return the eye to a more natural position.
